Kate Middleton Topless Picture Photographer Charged With Invasion Of Privacy :)

The scandal involving the publication of Kate Middleton topless pictures has resulted in two people being charged.
A photographer from regional daily La Provence and the head of Mondadori Group, who publish the French edition of Closer, have both been held responsible by the courts.
The photographer has been charged with invasion of privacy in a court in Nanterre, although it is still not clear who took the pics that later appeared in Closer.
The snaps, printed in September 2012, sent shockwaves around the globe, with some countries opting to also print the images of the Duchess – including Italy’s Chi and the Irish Daily Star.
She had been snapped with a long-distance lense whilst she relaxed on private property. The Palace made it immediately clear that they would be starting legal action against those responsible.
A poll run on EntertainmentWise following the scandal said that 51.16% of the thousands of voters had seen the images online, with 21.85% saying they planned to look them up. 17.81% vowed not to look, and 9.18% said they weren’t bothered.
The Royal, along with husband Prince William, is now expecting her first baby.
