In an interview with Stern, German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble suggested that any country that receives a bailout must give up some sovereignty, saying, “A state with problems, that receives help, must be willing to give some of its sovereign rights to the EU.”
According to a letter seen by Reuters, Schäuble also suggested that the German government would not support a carte blanche for bond purchases via the eurozone’s temporary bailout fund, the EFSF. His comments will add to investors’ growing scepticism over the speed and scale at which the EFSF can purchase government bonds, since it requires unanimous consent of eurozone members and the ECB. Schäuble’s comments also appear to have caused Spanish and Italian borrowing costs to rise this morning.
Meanwhile, the WSJ reports that leading Portuguese banks are pushing for changes to the aid they receive under the Portuguese bailout. They suggest that the €12bn currently earmarked for bank recapitalisation should be used by the state to repay its debt with the domestic banking sector, which would make it easier for banks to increase lending in the wider economy and therefore promote economic growth.
Head of the IMF, Christine Lagarde, has suggested that the IMF may need to increase its financial resources again to ensure it can deal with financial crises around the world, saying, “Maybe [the IMF] could do with more [financial resources]. In the not-too-distant future, we will probably have to revisit this issue.” Despite having a resource base of $1.5tr the IMF can only lend up to $396bn in the next year, given existing loans and delays in countries providing their cash quotas. Separately, Moody’s has downgraded Cyprus this morning to just above junk status, citing its exposure to the Greek crisis as part of the reason.
Conservative Home’s “think tank growth manifesto” cites Open Europe arguing that, “The Government needs to push for a long-term solution to the eurozone debt crisis – bailouts aren’t working, debt restructuring will be needed…the UK needs to seek allies in pushing for a better-functioning single market and protecting the interests of the City of London.”
On Conservative Home, Anthony Browne, former Brussels correspondent for the Times and policy advisor to Boris Johnson, agues that “European localism should be our guiding principle behind our approach to the EU.” He adds that, “The debate should not be about being for or against the EU; but which powers are held at what level.”

José María Aznar: “A European finance ministry is not the panacea that will solve all these problems”
Writing in the Times, former Spanish Prime Minister José María Aznar argues “To save the euro, stop smashing the club rules…A European finance ministry is not the panacea that will solve all these problems. Nor will tighter fiscal union be the solution. The solution is to rediscover and respect the original regulations of the euro and to liberalise Europe’s economies. If instead the eurozone evolves towards a transfer system that perpetuates subsidies, we will be buying stability at the expense of growth”.
Writing in the WSJ, columnist Paul Hannon argues, “The reluctance of member governments to increase the size of the [eurozone bailout] fund therefore sends two pretty damaging messages: first, that they think it is reasonably likely a member of the bloc won’t be able to repay them; and second, that they aren’t prepared to stand together to get through the fiscal emergency, come what may”.

The FT reports that the President of American Airlines, Tom Horton, has called the European Commission’s proposal to include all airlines flying into the EU in its Emissions Trading Scheme “unwise”.
The Commission has announced that sales of meat and fish must adhere to new EU labeling rules by 2015, with labels stating if products have a water content of above 5% of the weight.

Pandora’s Box has surely been opened. A dangerous genetic experiment has come out of the shadows, and the human-animal hybrids, chimeras and other transgenic clones it has yielded now threaten to endanger and irrevocably alter life as we know it.
The controllers of elite-funded science and R&D have wantonly tampered with the genetic code of the planet, ignoring the rather obvious dangers posed by cross-species experimentation and flagrantly jeopardizing the earth’s delicately-balanced biodiversity.
In a special video, Alex Jones addresses the profound risks posed by genetically-modified hybrids now featuring prominently in the field of biotechnology.
Fresh revelations about a “secret lab” program in the UK admittedly ongoing ‘for the last three years’ that developed such bestial-hybrids only serves to reinforce our available data concerning the fact that genetically-modified laboratory creations are fast spinning out of control. Now the biotech industry has unleashed these Franken-breeds into the world under the auspices of monopolizing some of the most important and dangerous developments in Agra, Pharma and Medical research for the 21st Century. Their GM “solutions” to life’s challenges promise lucrative returns, as we reported earlier today, due royalties on their patented gene-expressions.
Transgenic clones, created by deleting-and-replacing DNA sequences to create a cross-species hybrid (xenotransplantation) that is then grown in a host egg, are fast becoming a pet-project of corporate science that offers to fulfill “Pharming’s” promise of replacement organs for ailing humans, industrial and pharmaceutical applications of artificial-protein production, and the hope of successful outlets for artificial fertilization & human cloning in an age of increasing sterility and infertility.
However, it is these man-made creations that pose the greatest risks– including contamination, proven links to sterility in offspring and risks of cancer. Many clones, including the world’s famous first-cloned sheep, Dolly, have had conspicuously short lives and bad health. Arthritis, breathing problems and more have plagued their existence, while hundreds of embryos fail in cultivation for each successful clone. Still others die in the womb after only days, yet these entities are trusted to fulfill humanity’s betterment.
In particular, mixing the human genome with that of various ‘useful’ animals crosses the extremely risky bridge formerly separating many beast-borne diseases from those that typically affect humans, or plant species for that matter. The contagion of mixing unrelated species like mammals and jellyfish genes gives the opportunity for unforeseen consequences and uncontrollable mutations.
Further, many genes which scientists have previously believed to be equivalent have proven to behave differently when transplanted into foreign DNA sequences. Additionally, lack of recognition or compensation for pleiotropic genes (where a single gene gives expression for multiple traits) makes some of the consequences unforeseeable, yet predictably dangerous.
Grotesque experimentation, iconically portrayed for more than a century in globalist H.G. Wells’ The Island of Dr. Moreau, has now come to life– growing human ears on the backs of mice, harvesting human-marked organs from cows, pigs and other host-species, synthesizing strategic proteins in host-milk production and other seemingly-sci-fi applications– paving the way to future biotechnology.
Creations like spider-goats are raised in contradiction to nature’s laws, all in the name of reaching industrial production of a stronger-than-steel protein from spider-silk that can create fibers for items like bullet-proof vests, sold directly to the military-prison-industrial complex, further feeding the total domination of mankind.
GMO species have become absolutely invasive, and their Doctors Frankenstein have unleashed them intentionally to wreck and destroy the native competing species. Crop contamination of non-GMO plants, combined with the genocidal effects of Terminator seeds is devastating to ordinary farmers. Consumption of GMO crops have proven ties in mice studies to sterility (shown to be delayed until the second or third generation) as well as cancer and other issues.
Powerful globalists have declared themselves God, and seek to limit the complex expression of life with cheap carbon-copy clones that threaten to displace the genuine flora, fauna and other life on this planet. Not long ago, the world’s most prestigious scientists considered some 96% of DNA to be throwaway ‘junk’ with no genetic value. Now, in greater arrogance, they will make far greater mistakes as they pretend to understand the path to ‘transhumanism‘ where man supposedly ascends to godhood through life extension. Humanity must stand up and say no before it is too late.

European Medicines Agency: Those who were vaccinated against swine influenza (H1N1) have a High Risk to suffer from Narcolepsy. They fall asleep suddenly, unexpectedly, which can be fatal …
Posted July 30, 2011on:
Children having trouble sleeping? Not sleeping enough or sleeping way too much? That’s a remotely common concern. But what if you notice that it has suddenly came after your child received a flu vaccination? Do you think there could possibly be a link? The answer is yes and in some places certain types of the vaccine are being banned due to this information.
Narcolepsy is defined as a sleep disorder that causes excessive sleepiness and frequent daytime sleep attacks.
The most common symptoms of narcolepsy are:
Periods of extreme drowsiness every 3 to 4 hours during the day. You may feel a strong urge to sleep, often followed by a short nap (sleep attack).
Dream-like hallucinations may occur during the stage between sleep and wakefulness. They involve seeing or hearing and possibly other senses.
Sleep paralysis is when you are unable to move when you first wake up. It may also happen when you first become drowsy.
Cataplexy is a sudden loss of muscle tone while awake resulting in the inability to move. Strong emotions such as laughter or anger will often bring on cataplexy.
Not all patients have all four symptoms.
As stated, a flu vaccine is now being linked to this condition. According to reports, several months after a curious link was observed between the GlaxoSmithKline pandemic flu vaccine known as Pandremix and unexplained cases of narcolepsy emerged in Finland and Sweden, the European Medicines Agency has decided to restrict usage.
Specifically, those younger than 20 years old should use Pandemrix only in the absence of seasonal trivalent flu vaccines and if immunization against H1N1 swine flu is still needed. According to the EMA, an example would be those at risk of complications from infection. However, the EMA notes that for now, the benefits continue to outweigh the risks.
Over 31 million doses of Pandemrix have been administered worldwide in 47 countries. And a total of 335 cases of narcolepsy in people vaccinated with Pandemrix have been reported to the drug maker as of July 6 with 68% of the cases originating in Finland and Sweden. The earlier reports prompted the World Health Organization to push for further review.
In reaching its decision, the EMA’s Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use reviewed preliminary results of epidemiological studies conducted out in Finland and Sweden, an analysis of safety surveillance data performed in several European Union countries and case reports from across the European Union.
The results show a six- to 13-fold increased risk of narcolepsy compared with unvaccinated children and adolescents in those countries. This corresponds to an additional three to seven cases in every 100,000 vaccinated subjects. This risk increase has not been found in those older than 20, and while a similar risk has not been confirmed in other countries, the EMA says it cannot be ruled out either.
In response Glaxo says in a statement that further info from ongoing studies, including the final data from an epidemiological study in Europe and another in Canada that is being supported by Glaxo is “still needed in order to gain additional insight into the cause of the reported cases of narcolepsy.” The drug maker maintains it will conduct more research to any “potential association.” The EMA agreed that further research is needed.
So, if your child isn’t sleeping tight and snug as a bug in a rug, perhaps there may be some underlying issues associated with the vaccinations he or she may be receiving. Please check with your healthcare provider for more information.
Here is Why…
An ocean exploration team led by Swedish researcher Peter Lindberg has found interesting discovery on the 300-foot-deep ocean floor between Finland and Sweden, near Gulf of Bothnia. Lindberg’s team was using sonar to look for the century-old wreck of a ship that went down carrying several cases of a super-rare champagne. Instead, the team discovered what it claims is a mysterious round object that might (or might not) be extraterrestrial. Research team has had success in the past recovering sunken ships and cargo.
Mr Lindberg didn’t say much about it at the time apart from releasing the image and ruling out theories that it may be a land mine or algae bloom. Six of the nine-member team were asleep in their bunks on-board the Ocean Explorer’s ship at the time of the discovery, but the three watching the sonar “couldn’t believe” what they were seeing. After further examination, Mr Lindberg has gone public with some more details about the dimensions of the disc.
Lindberg explained to local media that his crew discovered ”a large circle, about 60 feet in diameter. Lindberg said he saw evidence of scars or marks disturbing the environment nearby, suggesting the object somehow moved across the ocean floor to where his team found it.
It’s not clear what to make of this report, or the video of the sonar scan that shows the object, but Swedish tabloids and Internet UFO buffs have had a field day. Some suggest the object is a flying saucer of extraterrestrial origin (and the seafloor scars were dug up when it crashed), though of all the things that might create a round sonar signature, that seems to be among the more outlandish. It might be a natural feature formation, or possibly a sunken, round man-made object as well.
Lindberg’s claim that the object “is perfectly round” may or may not be accurate; while it looks round from the information so far, the resolution of the sonar image was not high enough to verify that it is indeed round. And while the lines that appear to be leading to (or from) the feature may suggest some sort of movement, it’s also possible they have nothing to do with the object. Lindberg himself did not offer an extraterrestrial origin, though he did speculate it might be a “new Stonehenge.”
This is not the first time a sunken object has been presented as the solution to a mystery. Take, for example, the famous underwater mystery of the “Bimini Road,” a rock formation in the Caribbean near the Bahamas that resembles a road or wall. Many New Agers and conspiracy theorists claimed the rocks are too perfectly shaped to be natural, and either were made by an unknown civilization or are possibly a relic from the lost city of Atlantis. In fact, geologists have identified the blocks as unusually shaped, but perfectly natural, weathered beach rock.
It’s also worth noting that UFOs may not be saucer-shaped. The famous “flying saucer” description of the first UFO has since been revealed as a reporting error.
Lindberg said his team has neither the interest nor the resources to further investigate the anomaly. Deep ocean research is time-consuming and expensive. If the object were indeed a flying saucer, recovering it could potentially be worth millions or billions of dollars. If it’s a natural formation, on the other hand, it would probably be a waste of time and money. (LifeLittleMysteries)
The Ocean Explorer team conducted between 11/6-19/6 2011 together with Franskabolaget.com a search expedition to find more of the sunken treasures of the Sea of Bothnia (northern Baltic Sea). The treasures consits of alcoholic beverages such as Champagne, Wine and Cognac laying in the holds of small Swedish mechant ships sunken by the germans during the first world war. The most famous wreck so far is with out doubt the small ketch “Jönköping” which was sunken on the 3 November 1916 by the German Uboat U 22 with 3000 bottles of Heidsieck & Co MONOPOLE Gôut Américain champagne from 1907, and 67 barrels of Bisquite & Duboché Cognac, each barrel containing 600 litres in her holds. Some of the champagne bottles has been sold for as much as EUR 20 000 per bottle.
This years first search/salvage expedition was granted with for the season terrible weather which did the search nearly impossible and is a reason why the Ocean Explorer team will continue the search for the “fluid gold” later during this summer.
